Identifikasi Pemahaman dan Kemampuan Penulisan Artikel Ilmiah Berbasis PTK MGMP Fisika SMA Kabupaten Rembang

Abstract

This article is a report on the results of community service activities carried out in August 2018. This activity aims to increase the motivation of Rembang Regency high school physics teachers in writing and publishing scientific articles in journals and / or proceedings based on class action research and improving their ability to write scientific articles . The target audience of community service activities are physics teachers who are members of the Rembang District Physics Teacher Association (MGMP) association. The method used in this activity is lecture, discussion, and mentoring during scientific article writing. In general, this community service activity has succeeded in growing the motivation of the teachers in the Rembang Regency High School Physics MGMP forum to start writing scientific articles and publishing them. After participating in this service activity, 82% of participants stated they were motivated to send manuscripts at the seminar. Participants gain new knowledge and understanding of PTK, rules/procedures for writing scientific articles, as well as several journal references or seminar activities. 100% of the training participants admitted to gaining a new understanding of scientific seminars and were motivated to participate in such activities.
