Abstract

Collaboration skill is one of the four 21st century student’s skills. To find out the collaboration skills in students, research was conducted using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. The design used in this study was posttest-only control design. The learning model used is Team Games Tournament (TGT) and it is proven that there is an influence on students' collaboration skills. This is evidenced through the calculation of the t test using SPSS Statistics version 22 which shows a significance value of 0.039 <0.05. In the indicator of working effectively, it was obtained 84% with very good categories, indicators of compromise and flexibility to get a value of 82% with very good categories, and indicators responsible and contributing 80% with good categories. From that three collaboration ability indicators, the average score which was obtained was 82% with a very good category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model has an influence on students' collaboration skills in SMP N 5 Ungaran.
