Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Kemampuan Kognitif dan Interpersonal untuk Siswa Sekolah Dasar

One of the fundamental changes in the Kurikulum 2013 was the assessment standard that demands holistic measurement of student abilities. This research aims to develop appropriate assessment instruments to measure students' cognitive and interpersonal abilities. The type of the research is Research and Development (R & D) with the 4-D model, developed by Thiagarajan which consists of four stages namely Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. The subjects of this study were validators. Two lecturers and one teacher who act as the validator of developed assessment instrument in terms of content and constructs. The sample of this research was 55 students 5th grade elementary school. Validation data results from the validator were analyzed by descriptive quantitative method. The results of expert validation showed that the developed assessment instruments reached scores 90.63% of content and construct validity with very good criteria. Empirical test results data were analyzed by t-test, showed rcount = 0.89 (rcount > rtable). Validated instruments proved to be empirically valid. The conclusion of the developed assessment instrument in this research was valid and feasible used to measure students' cognitive and interpersonal abilities.
