Abstract

The background of the problem in this study, students who were bored with the material presented by the teacher in a monotone, students did not understand the material of volleyball theory. Therefore there needs to be an improvement in the learning model at SMAN 2 Bae Kudus. The goal is to know the effect of the Soldier Looking for Sword game on the cognitive learning outcomes of students at Bae Kudus 2 Public High School.

The research method used is a quantitative approach with the type of Quasi Experimental research model. The samples of this research were students of class X IPA 1 and X IPS 3 at SMAN 2 Bae Kudus using the cluster random sampling technique.

The results of the study of 35 students of class X IPA 1 (control class) and 36 students of class X IPA 4 (experimental class) showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes for lower service volleyball through the Soldier Looking for Sword learning model. The increase in control class was 21%. Increase in Experiment Class by 35%.

The conclusion of this research is that there is an increase in cognitive learning outcomes through the effect of the Soldier Looking for Sword game on the Cognitive Learning Outcomes of SMAN 2 Bae Kudus students. Suggestion, the application of the effect of the Soldier Looking for Sword game on cognitive learning outcomes can be used at the high school level, especially for class X students of SMAN 2 Bae Kudus..

Abstrak

Latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini siswa yang jenuh dengan materi yang disampaikan oleh guru secara monoton, siswa kurang memahami materi teori bola voli. Oleh karena itu perlu ada perbaikan dalam model pembelajaran di SMAN 2 Bae Kudus. Tujuanya adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Permainan Soldier Looking for Sword terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa SMAN 2 Bae Kudus.

Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis model penelitian Quasi Eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPA 1 dan X IPS 3 SMAN 2 Bae Kudus menggunakan teknik sampling Cluster Random Sampling.

Hasil Penelitian dari 35 siswa kelas X IPA 1 (kelas kontrol) dan 36 siswa kelas X IPA 4 (kelas eksperimen) diketahui bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar servis bawah bolah voli melalui model pembelajaran Soldier Looking for Sword. Kenaikan kelas kontrol sebesar 21%. Kenaikan Kelas Eksperimen sebesar 35%.

Simpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif melalui Pengaruh Permainan Soldier Looking for Sword terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif  Siswa SMAN 2 Bae Kudus. Saran, penerapan Pengaruh Permainan Soldier Looking for Sword terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif dapat digunakan pada tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas terutama pada siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Bae Kudus.
