Abstract

The government's policy to implement Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) has an impact on all sectors of life. Starting from the economic side to education. Online learning affects the physical activity of students of the Health and Recreation Physical Education study program. The purpose of this study was to determine how the physical activity of the CHD program students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection method used a closed questionnaire with a sample size of 334 respondents. The results showed that the physical activity of UPGRIS PJKR students was in the high category with a percentage of 32.3% of respondents doing physical activity 2- 3 times a week and 50% of respondents doing 1-2 times physical activity in one day. However, high physical activity is not balanced with good physical fitness. Based on the research results, there were 72.5% of respondents experiencing fatigue after doing physical activity.
