Sistem Pengelolaan VHT-S Untuk Mempermudah Pencacahan Usaha Jasa Hotel di Kabupaten Pati

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Pati is the agency responsible for collecting, processing and disseminating statistical information in Pati Regency. BPS Pati plays an important role in collecting data and disseminating statistical data in various sectors, including the tourism sector. In the tourism sector, especially in the hospitality sector, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) has an important role in collecting, processing and disseminating statistical data related to hospitality. One of the tasks of BPS in the field of tourism is enumeration of hotels. The hotel enumeration was carried out by the hotel sending VHT-S samples to the enumerator at BPS Pati. In order to facilitate the delivery of VHT-S from the hotel to the officers, it is necessary to create a system to manage the VHT-S. The system is built using the Laravel version 9 framework and MySQL. In the system creation stage, there are several stages such as needs analysis, system design, and system implementation. The results of the development of the VHT-S management system are expected to make it easier for enumerators at the BPS Pati Regency to carry out their duties

Abstrak

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Pati merupakan instansi yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengumpulan, pengolahan dan penyebarluasan informasi statistik di Kabupaten Pati. BPS Pati berperan penting dalam pengumpulan data penyebarluasan data statistik di berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor pariwisata. Dalam bidang pariwisata khususnya bidang perhotelan, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) berperan penting dalam mengumpulkan, mengolah dan menyebarluaskan data statistik terkait perhotelan. Salah satu tugas BPS di bidang pariwisata yaitu pencacahan hotel. Pencacahan hotel dilakukan dengan cara pihak hotel mengirimkan sampel VHT-S ke petugas pencacah di BPS Pati. Untuk mempermudah pengiriman VHT-S dari pihak hotel ke petugas maka diperlukan pembuatan sistem untuk mengelola VHT-S tersebut. Sistem dibuat menggunakan framework Laravel versi 9 dan MySQL. Pada tahap pembuatan sistem terdapat beberapa tahapan seperti analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi sistem.  Pada hasil pembangunan sistem pengelolaan VHT-S terdapat fitur form pengumpulan VHT-S yang bisa mempermudah pihak petugas pencacah di BPS Kabupaten Pati melaksanakan tugas nya.
