Abstract.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a mobile-based car service consultation application at PT Abiseka using the Flutter framework. Methods of analysis of user needs and analysis of system requirements are used to identify the features desired by customers. The choice of the Flutter framework for application design is based on its ability to create attractive and responsive user interfaces on various platforms. In the results of this study, a mobile-based car service consultation application was successfully designed and implemented using the Flutter framework. This application makes it easy for PT Abiseka customers to quickly and easily carry out consultations regarding car service and maintenance through their mobile devices. Available features include service information, service schedules, estimated costs, and the ability to make service reservations. The application of this application is expected to improve the quality of service to PT Abiseka's customers and also expand their business reach. In addition, this application provides comfort and convenience for customers in accessing information about car service and maintenance. In conclusion, the use of the Flutter framework in developing mobile-based car service consulting applications has the potential to provide significant benefits.

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis dan perancangan aplikasi konsultasi servis mobil berbasis mobile di PT Abiseka menggunakan framework Flutter. Metode analisis kebutuhan pengguna dan analisis persyaratan sistem digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi fitur yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan. Pemilihan framework Flutter untuk perancangan aplikasi didasarkan pada kemampuannya dalam menciptakan antarmuka pengguna yang menarik dan responsif di berbagai platform. Dalam hasil penelitian ini, berhasil dirancang dan diimplementasikan aplikasi konsultasi servis mobil berbasis mobile menggunakan framework Flutter. Aplikasi ini memudahkan pelanggan PT Abiseka untuk dengan cepat dan mudah melakukan konsultasi mengenai servis dan perawatan mobil melalui perangkat mobile mereka. Fitur-fitur yang tersedia meliputi informasi layanan, jadwal servis, estimasi biaya, dan kemampuan untuk melakukan reservasi servis. Penerapan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan PT Abiseka dan juga memperluas jangkauan bisnis mereka. Selain itu, aplikasi ini memberikan kenyamanan dan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam mengakses informasi mengenai servis dan perawatan mobil. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan Framework Flutter dalam pengembangan aplikasi konsultasi servis mobil berbasis mobile memiliki potensi untuk memberikan manfaat yang signifikan.
