Perancangan Sistem Informasi Cuti Pegawai Berbasis Website Dengan Metode Waterfall Pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pati

In this rapidly changing era, technological developments are important to follow and understand. Technological innovations continue to emerge and influence the way we live and work. One form of implementation of information technology that has been widely applied to an agency is a staffing information system, one of which is an information application system for submitting employee leave. An employee leave information system is a system designed and used to manage the process of submitting, approving, and monitoring employee leave in an organization. This system functions to provide an integrated platform for managing and tracking information related to employee leave, including leave requests, supervisor approval, calculation of remaining leave, and reporting related to leave. At the Office of Communication and Informatics, Pati Regency, the form of submitting employee leave is still carried out on the e-performance system, which in this system refers to the form of employee performance reporting and can only be accessed by the admin. So, the proposed solution to overcome this problem is to build their own website-based employee leave information system at the Pati Regency Communication and Information Service. In this designed employee leave information system, there are several menus that employees can use to manage the employee leave application process, print leave letters, view leave data, and calculate the remaining leave that has been done by employees. As for the admin, there is a menu that is used by the admin to verify employee leave requests and monitor leave data that has been carried out by employees. Therefore, with this application system, it can be utilized to improve employee performance, and after that the system is able to produce information in a structured, fast and accurate manner without reducing the value of the information itself.

Abstrak
Dalam era yang terus berubah dengan cepat ini, perkembangan teknologi menjadi penting untuk terus diikuti dan dipahami. Inovasi teknologi terus muncul dan mempengaruhi cara kita hidup dan bekerja. Salah satu bentuk implementasi teknologi informasi yang sudah banyak diterapkan pada sebuah instansi yaitu sistem informasi kepegawaian, dimana salah satu nya adalah sistem aplikasi informasi pengajuan cuti pegawai. Sistem informasi cuti pegawai adalah sebuah sistem yang dirancang dan digunakan untuk mengelola proses pengajuan, persetujuan, dan pemantauan cuti pegawai dalam suatu organisasi. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk menyediakan platform yang terintegrasi untuk mengelola dan melacak informasi terkait cuti pegawai, termasuk pengajuan cuti, persetujuan atasan, penghitungan sisa cuti, dan pelaporan terkait cuti. Pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pati bentuk pengajuan cuti pegawai masih dilakukan pada sistem e-kinerja, yang mana pada sistem tersebut mengacu pada bentuk pelaporan kinerja pegawai dan hanya bisa diakses oleh admin. Maka, solusi yang diusulkan dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu dengan membangun sendiri sistem informasi cuti pegawai berbasis website pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pati. Pada sistem informasi cuti pegawai terdapat beberapa fitur yang dapat diakses oleh pegawai untuk mengelola proses permohonan pengajuan cuti pegawai, mencetak surat cuti, melihat data cuti, serta melihat perhitungan sisa cuti yang telah di lakukan oleh pegawai. Sedangkan untuk admin sendiri terdapat fitur yang dapat diakses admin untuk mengverifikasi permohonan cuti pegawai dan memantau data cuti yang telah dilakukan pegawai. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya sistem aplikasi tersebut dapat memanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja admin yang bertugas dalam pengelolaan data cuti pegawai ,dan setelah itu sistem tersebut mampu menghasilkan informasi secara terstruktur, cepat dan akurat dengan tidak mengurangi nilai dari informasi itu sendiri.
