PERANCANGAN SISTEM ABSENSI KARYAWAN PT. TRI JAYA TISSUE BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

Abstract.
This research was conducted at PT. Tri Jaya Tissue, a company engaged in tissue production. The purpose of this research focuses on creating a website-based employee attendance system. The method used in developing this attendance system is the waterfall method. Information systems consist of a collection of interrelated components that work together to collect, process, store information. With this attendance system, employee absences can be stored centrally, can be accessed easily, and managed more efficiently and also helps human resource development (HRD) to monitor the payroll system. This system can also support the management of salary information and management of employee absences, so that monitoring of the payroll process can be carried out more accurately and quickly. In addition, with the existence of an employee attendance system, PT. Tri Jaya Tissue can produce better reports and analysis of employee attendance data. At the end of this research, a web-based employee attendance system was successfully developed at PT. Tri Jaya Tissue, which is also equipped with documentation. The conclusion of this entire study is that there is an increase in theoretical understanding and mastery of the material given in stages, so as to enable an understanding of all the assignments that have been given.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Tri Jaya Tissue, perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang produksi tissue. Tujuan penelitian ini berfokus dalam pembuatan sistem absensi karyawan berbasis website . Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem absensi ini adalah metode waterfall. Sistem informasi terdiri dari kumpulan komponen yang saling terkait yang bekerja bersama untuk mengumpulkan, mengolah, menyimpan informasi. Dengan adanya sistem absensi ini, absen karyawan dapat disimpan secara terpusat, dapat diakses dengan mudah, dan dikelola dengan lebih efisien dan juga membantu pihak human resource deverloment (HRD) untuk monitoring sistem penggajian. Sistem ini juga dapat mendukung pengelolaan informasi gaji dan manajemen absensi pegawai, sehingga pemantauan proses penggajian dapat dilakukan dengan lebih akurat dan cepat. Selain itu, dengan adanya sistem absensi karyawan, PT. Tri Jaya Tissue dapat menghasilkan laporan dan analisis data absensi karyawan yang lebih baik. Pada akhir penelitian ini, Sistem absensi karyawan berbasis web berhasil dikembangkan di PT. Tri Jaya Tissue, yang juga dilengkapi dengan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari keseluruhan penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pemahaman teori dan penguasaan materi yang diberikan secara bertahap, sehingga memungkinkan pemahaman terhadap semua tugas yang telah diberikan.
