PERANCANGAN APLIKASI E-REKRUTMEN DI PT, WADJA KARYA DUNIA KABUPATEN PATI, JAWA TENGAH

This research was conducted at PT. Wadja Karya Dunia, a company that focuses on selling doors. Technological advances are currently growing rapidly, as well as companies needing skilled workers who can bring companies to develop and compete with the times, and the recruitment aspect is starting to get a special view, because the recruitment process that is not in accordance with the needs of the company can hinder the pace of development of the company itself. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based e-recruitment application at PT. Wadja Karya Dunia in Pati City, the software is needed by PT. Wadja Karya Dunia to facilitate the process of recruiting employees efficiently and effectively. The software that is used is Visual Studio Code as software for making programs and MySQL as database storage and Laravel as the framework that is used. This system uses the waterfall method, in making this website you have to go through several stages, the first stage is the requirements or specification of system requirements, the second stage is the design of the third stage of implementation in the form of creating hosting and domains, the fourth stage of maintenance which includes the process of repairing the system according to needs. The conclusion of this entire research is to make an E-recruitment application system to facilitate employee recruitment at PT. Wadja Karya Dunia. Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.Wadja Karya Dunia, perusahaan yang berfokus pada penjulan pintu, Kemajuan teknologi saat ini semakin berkembang pesat, begitu pula perusahaan membutuhkan tenaga kerja terampil yang dapat membawa perusahaan berkembang dan bersaing dengan perkembangan zaman, dan aspek rekrutmen mulai mendapat pandangan khusus, karena proses rekrutmen yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dapat menghambat laju perkembangan perusahaan itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi e-rekrutmen berbasis web di PT. wadja karya dunia di Kota Pati, Prangkat lunak tersebut di butuhkan PT.wadja karya dunia guna mempermudah proses perekrutan karyawan secara efisien dan efektif. Software yang di gunakan visual studio code sebagai software untuk membuat program dan mysql sebagai penyimpanan database dan laravel sebagai framwork yang di gunakan.sistem ini mengunakan metode waterfall, dalam pembuatan website ini harus melalui beberapa tahapan yang pertama tahap requirement atau spesifikasi kebutuhan sistem, tahap kedua adalah desain tahap ketiga Implementasi berupa membuat hosting dan domain, tahap keempat pemeliharaan yang termasuk diantaranya proses perbaikan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan.kesimpulan dari keseluruhan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem aplikasi E-rekrutmen untuk mempermudahkan perekrutan karyawan di PT.wadja karya dunia
