Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Kependudukan di Kelurahan Sambiroto

Abstract

Abstract.
The Field Work Practice was carried out at the Sambiroto Village Office, Tembalang District, Semarang City starting on August 1 2022 until August 31 2022. The Field Work Practice carried out was the application of software. The software is a letter application service information system to facilitate the process of population administrative needs. Features in the system include processing citizen identity data, family card data, application letters and reports. Making this service system, using open source OpenSID. OpenSID is a Village Information System (SID) that is deliberately made to be open and can be developed jointly by the SID caring community. The development of this service system uses Laragon software to operate. In the development stage of this service system there are several stages such as installing OpenSID on a computer, editing village information, uploading a population database, and testing. So that in the Field Work Practice at the Sambiroto Village Office, Tembalang District, Semarang City, a website-based letter application service system was produced to facilitate the population administration process.

Abstrak
Praktek Kerja Lapangan dilaksanakan di Kantor Kelurahan Sambiroto Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang dimulai pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2022 sampai dengan tanggal 31 Agustus 2022. Praktek Kerja Lapangan yang dilakukan adalah penerapan perangkat lunak. Perangkat lunak tersebut merupakan sebuah sistem informasi pelayanan permohonan surat untuk mempermudah proses keperluan administrasi penduduk. Fitur yang ada dalam sistem tersebut antara lain pengolahan data identitas warga, data kartu keluarga, permohonan surat dan laporan. Pembuatan sistem pelayananan ini, menggunakan opensource OpenSID. OpenSID adalah Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) yang sengaja dibuat supaya terbuka dan dapat dikembangkan bersama-sama oleh komunitas peduli SID. Pembangunan sistem layanan ini menggunakan software laragon untuk bisa dioperasikan. Pada tahap pembangunan sistem layanan ini terdapat beberapa tahap seperti instalasi OpenSID pada komputer, edit informasi kelurahan, upload database penduduk, dan pengujian. Sehingga pada Praktek Kerja Lapangan di Kantor Kelurahan sambiroto Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang ini dihasilkan sistem pelayanan permohonan surat berbasis website untuk mempermudah proses administrasi kependudukan.
