Aplikasi Web Services Untuk Mengintegrasikan Layanan Reservasi Online Dengan Sistem Rawat Jalan Berbasis Desktop

Abstract
The clinic is a community health service facility that serves patients every day. However, the queue of many patients for treatment makes patients uncomfortable. In order not to have too many patients arriving at the same time, reservations should be made before the patients arrive. The online reservation system is web-based, while the outpatient clinic information system is desktop-based. The two systems require integration because of their different backgrounds. Software systems that enable machine to machine communication on a network are known as web services. This study found that SOAP and REST web services architectures are two commonly used web service architectures. The purpose of this study is to integrate a desktop-based outpatient system
with a web-based outpatient reservation system using a web services REST architecture, so that reservation services can be integrated with the outpatient system even though both are carried out on different platforms. The results of this study indicate that web services can integrate web-based reservation services with desktop-based outpatient systems.

Abstrak
Klinik adalah salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang melayani pasien setiap hari. Namun, antrian banyak pasien untuk berobat membuat pasien tidak nyaman. Agar tidak terlalu banyak pasien yang datang pada waktu yang sama, reservasi sebaiknya dilakukan sebelum pasien datang. Sistem reservasi online berbasis web, sedangkan sistem informasi rawat jalan klinik berbasis dekstop. Kedua sistem memerlukan integrasi karena latar belakangnya berbeda. Sistem perangkat lunak yang memungkinkan komunikasi mesin ke mesin di jaringan dikenal sebagai web services. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa arsitektur web services SOAP dan REST adalah dua arsitektur web services yang umum digunakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengintegrasikan sistem rawat jalan berbasis desktop dengan sistem reservasi pasien rawat jalan berbasis web dengan menggunakan arsitektur web services REST, sehingga layanan reservasi dapat diintegrasikan dengan sistem rawat jalan meskipun keduanya dilakukan pada platform yang berbeda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa web services yang dapat mengintegrasikan layanan reservasi berbasis web dengan sistem rawat jalan berbasis dekstop.
