Implementasi Data Karyawan Dan Pengajuan Cuti Pegawai PT Candi Mekar Berbasis Web

Abstract
A company has employees, where these employees have the right to leave every year. In line with government regulations, companies are obliged to provide leave entitlements for employees who have served one full year of service. Currently, the process of applying for employee leave is sometimes still semi-computerized, so it requires a long time for approval (approval), and does not know the remaining amount and leave history. Therefore, a web-based application system is needed. PT. Candi Mekar is a company engaged in the sale and distribution of clothing materials. The process of applying for employee leave at PT Candi Mekar is still conventional and has not been integrated with other procedures. In addition, it requires a lot of paper in each process and is less efficient and difficult to control leave approval if the head of department and Human Resource Development (HRD) is out of the office. To minimize the occurrence of obstacles to the ongoing system and make it easier for employees and HRD in leave activities, a web-based employee leave information system is needed. The employee leave information system is designed with the aim of facilitating employees and HRD in the process of applying for employee leave, controlling leave approval, controlling leave balances. The analytical method for this information system uses PIECES and a web-based application with the PHP programming language. This system is expected to help related parties in leave activities to be more precise, fast and accurate. In addition, this system can minimize loss of leave data because it is stored neatly in the database.

Abstrak

Suatu perusahaan memiliki karyawan, dimana karyawan tersebut memiliki hak cuti setiap tahunnya. Sejalan dengan peraturan pemerintah, perusahan berkewajiban untuk memberikan hak cuti bagi karyawan yang telah menjalani masa kerja satu tahun penuh. Saat ini proses pengajuan cuti karyawan terkadang masih semi komputerisasi sehingga membutuhkan proses waktu yang lama untuk persetujuan (approval), dan tidak mengetahui jumlah sisa dan riwayat cuti. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem aplikasi berbasis web .PT. Candi mekar adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan dan distribusi bahan pakaian. Proses pengajuan cuti pegawai di PT candi mekar masih bersifat konvensional dan belum terintergrasi dengan prosedur yang lain. Selain itu, banyak membutuhkan kertas dalam setiap prosesnya serta kurang efisien dan sulit mengontrol persetujuan cuti jika kepala departemen dan Human Resource Development (HRD) berada di luar kantor. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kendala pada sistem yang sedang berjalan dan mempermudah para karyawan dan HRD dalam kegiatan cuti diperlukan sistem informasi pengajuan cuti karyawan berbasis web. Sistem informasi cuti pegawai dirancang dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan karyawan dan HRD dalam proses pengajuan cuti pegawai, mengontrol persetujuan cuti, mengotrol saldo cuti. Metode analisa pada system informasi ini menggunakan PIECES danaplikasi berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman php. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak terkait dalam kegiatan cuti agar lebih tepat, cepat dan akurat. Selain itu, dengan adanya sistem ini dapat meminimalisir kehilangan data cuti karena sudah tersimpan rapi didalam database.
