Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Masyarakat Di Dinkominfotik Brebes Berbasis Web

Abstract

Services to the community are currently being highlighted, and the government is required to be able to provide effective and efficient services to the community, especially in this study, namely in terms of complaints at the Brebes City Communication, Informatics and Statistics Service (DINKOMINFOTIK). A public complaints information system is the submission of complaints by the public to the government for services that are not in accordance with service standards, or neglect of obligations and or violations of prohibitions. The process of developing this system uses Visual Studio Code Software, XAMPP, which is created using PHP programming and MySql database as data storage. The research method uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method in designing applications with the Waterfall process model. As a result of creating a web-based complaint information system in Brebes that connects the public with the government, it is easier for the public to submit their complaints. This website-based information system can be opened via a mobile device or computer.

Abstrak

Pelayanan kepada masyarakat merupakan hal yang saat ini sedang banyak disoroti, dan pemerintah dituntut untuk dapat memberikan layanan yang efektif dan efisien terhadap masyarakat khususnya dalam penelitian ini yaitu dalam hal pengaduan di Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik (DINKOMINFOTIK) Kota Brebes. Sebuah Sistem Informasi pengaduan masyarakat adalah penyampaian keluhan oleh masyarakat kepada pemerintah atas pelayanan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar pelayanan, atau pengabaian kewajiban dan atau pelanggaran larangan. Proses pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan Software Visual Studio code, XAMPP, yang dibuat menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan database MySql sebagai penyimpanan data. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dalam melakukan perancangan aplikasi dengan model proses Waterfall. Hasil dari pembuatan sistem informasi pengaduan berbasis web di Brebes yang menghubungkan masyarakat dengan pemerintah, masyarakat menjadi lebih mudah menyampaikan keluhannya. Sistem informasi ini berbasis website dapat dibuka melalui perangkat seluler atau komputer.
