The Mutiara Residence is one of the properties operated by PT. Tiga Pilar Properti. The Mutiara Residence is a real estate business that prioritizes the concept of safe and comfortable living. Based on the observations conducted, The Mutiara Residence already has a marketing website aimed at promoting and introducing their properties. However, the website is still lacking in information as it does not include detailed housing information, resulting in customers feeling confused and not receiving the desired property information. With these problems, a housing catalog application based on a website platform was created with the development of the application by adding housing property details. The research adopts the Waterfall method, which depicts software development as a linear and structured process with clear and sequential stages. The result of this research is a web -based housing catalog application that facilitates customers in viewing detailed property information.

Abstrak

The Mutiara Residence merupakan salah satu bisnis properti yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan PT. Tiga Pilar Properti.  The Mutiara Residence adalah bisnis properti yang mengedepankan   konsep   hunian   dengan   kemanan   dan   kenyamanan yang utama. Berdasarkan observasi yang telah dilakukan, The Mutiara Residence sudah memiliki website pemasaran yang bertujuan untuk memasarkan dan memperkenalkan properti mereka. Namun website tersebut masih kurang informatif karena tidak mencantumkan informasi detail perumahan sehingga mengakibatkan customer merasa bingung dan tidak menerima informasi  properti  perumahan  yang  diinginkan. Dengan  adanya  masalah  tersebut  maka dibuatlah aplikasi katalog perumahan berbasis website dengan pengembangan aplikasi dengan menambahkan detail properti perumahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall. Metode ini menggambarkan pengembangan perangkat lunak sebagai proses yang linier dan terstruktur dengan tahapan yang jelas dan terurut. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi katalog perumahan berbasis web yang memudahkan customer melihat detail informasi properti perumahan.
