The purpose of implementing the prototype website for ordering bus chassis CV
Laksana Karoser is to implement an information system that makes it easy to order air bus
components by employees for production. At this company, bus production involves various
stages, starting from material selection and bus design to component installation. Currently,
employees order components directly from the logistics department which is located separately
from each industry. This requires walking or using the vehicle provided by the manufacturer.
To increase employee efficiency and productivity, an online bus ordering prototype was
implemented. This website can be accessed via mobile phones or computers in each
department. The system allows workers to easily order bus components according to
production needs. Use of this site should optimize bus operations and increase employee
productivity. With this prototype, it is hoped that the installation of underbody components can
be done more efficiently and accurately. In addition, this system also offers employees
flexibility in ordering components, reducing the time and effort required to coordinate with the
logistics department. The introduction of the online prototype for ordering the Airbus is the first
step in improving and developing the CV Laksana Karoseri information system, with the hope
that it will provide significant benefits in the Airbus production process.

untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi yang memudahkan pemesanan komponen
body bus oleh karyawan untuk produksi. Di perusahaan ini, produksi bus melibatkan berbagai
tahapan, mulai dari pemilihan material dan desain bus hingga pemasangan komponen. Saat
ini, karyawan memesan komponen langsung dari departemen logistik yang letaknya terpisah
dari masing-masing industri. Karyawan melakukannya dengan berjalan kaki atau
menggunakan kendaraan yang disediakan oleh perusahaan. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi
dan produktivitas karyawan, dilakukan implementasi prototype pemesanan bus melalui
website. Website ini dapat diakses melalui handphone atau komputer yang terdapat di masingmasing
departemen. Sistem tersebut mempermudah pekerja memesan komponen bus sesuai
dengan kebutuhan produksi. Penggunaan prototipe ini harus mengoptimalkan pengoperasian
bus dan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Dengan prototipe ini diharapkan pemasangan
komponen underbody dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. Selain itu, sistem ini
juga menawarkan fleksibilitas karyawan dalam melakukan pemesanan komponen bus,
mengurangi waktu dan tenaga yang diperlukan untuk berkoordinasi dengan departemen
logistik. Pengenalan prototype online pemesanan komponen bus, merupakan langkah awal
perbaikan dan pengembangan sistem informasi CV Laksana Karoseri, dengan harapan akan
memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam proses produksi bus.
