Analisis Activity Monitoring Sistem Inventori Barang Berbasis Lokasi di Dinas Komunikasi Informatika & Statistika Kabupaten Brebes

Abstract
Inventory is a recording activity that includes goods belonging to companies,
educational institutions and others. The Brebes Office of Communication and Information is an
office that has the task of assisting the Regent in carrying out Government Affairs in the
Communication and Informatics Sector. A good, systematic and structured inventory of goods
in an office or institution is a must, because a systematic inventory of goods will result in a
more effective and efficient work process. The goods inventory system at the Brebes
Information and Statistics Communication Service currently needs to be developed. This study
aims to develop website-based software to facilitate planning, procurement, distribution, and
destruction/deletion of goods in the Brebes Office of Communication and Information. The
development of this website-based information system is carried out using the CodeIgniter and
Bootstrap frameworks as well as the MySQL database. The system development method used
in making this information system is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall using
the Hefner model and Security system based on monitoring activity. Making this website is
expected to help the Dinkominfotik in conducting an inventory of government office property
so that it becomes more structured and systematic to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of
the performance of Dinkominfotik brebes employees

Abstrak
Inventori adalah aktivitas pencatatan yang meliputi barang-barang milik perusahaan,
instansi bidang pendidikan dan lain-lain.Dinkominfotik Brebes merupakan kantor yang
mempunyai tugas membantu Bupati melaksanakan Urusan Pemerintahan Bidang Komunikasi
dan Informatika. Inventarisasi yang baik, sistematis, dan terstruktur atas barang yang ada
pada suatu kantor atau lembaga merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan, karena dengan adanya
inventarisasi barang yang sistematis akan mengakibatkan proses kerja menjadi lebih efektif
dan efisien. Sistem inventarisasi barang pada Dinas Komunikasi Informatika & Statistika
Brebes saat ini perlu dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakan
perangkat lunak berbasis website guna memudahkan dalam perencanaan, pengadaan,
penyaluran, dan pemusnahan/penghapusan atas barang-barang yang ada di Dinkominfotik
Brebes. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website ini dilakukan dengan
menggunakan Framework CodeIghniter dan Bootsrap serta database MySQL. Metode
pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ini adalah SDLC
(System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall menggunakan model Hefner dan Security sytem
berbasis monitoring activity. Pembuatan Website ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak
Dinkominfotik dalam melakukan inventarisasi barang milik kantor pemerintah sehingga
menjadi lebih terstruktur dan sistematis untuk mencapai efisiensi dan efektifitas kinerja
pegawai Dinkominfotik brebes.
