PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI KOSTAN GRIYA PANDAWA BERBASIS MOBILE DENGAN ARSITEKTUR STATE MANAGEMENT RIVERPOD

Abstract

Digitalization in the property sector encourages the need for a more efficient and sophisticated room rental system, especially for the boarding house business. This research aims to create a mobile application for Griya Pandawa using the Flutter framework with Riverpod state management. This application was developed to replace the slow manual system, by providing key features such as online room booking and automatic notifications about transactions and payment deadlines. With Riverpod, data management becomes more  organized and responsive, making the application more stable and easy to test. Functional test results showed positive user responses regarding speed and ease of use. The app is proven to improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and increase customer satisfaction in the  room rental process.
