Abstract

Arsen Jaya Plafon PVC experienced several issues in managing its financial transactions due to the use of a manual bookkeeping system. This method often led to inaccuracies in data, delays in report generation, and difficulties in monitoring daily cash flow. To address these challenges, a web-based financial management system was designed using a structured development methodology. The system offers functionalities for recording income, expenses, and billing, along with the ability to generate financial reports automatically. Implementation results indicate improved data accuracy, faster reporting, and easier access for business owners to oversee their financial activities in real time. This solution supports more efficient, integrated, and professional financial administration for the store.
