DIGITALISASI MANAJEMEN PEGAWAI TEKNIK TVRI JAWA TENGAH GUNA MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DAN MENGURANGI PENGGUNAAN KERTAS BERBASIS WEBSITE

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has driven various sectors, including  broadcasting media, to undergo digital transformation. The Technical Division of TVRI Central  Java, as part of a public broadcasting institution, plays a vital role in supporting the smooth  operation of technical broadcasting processes. However, several administrative activities within the division are still managed manually, affecting overall efficiency and data accuracy.  To address this issue, a web-based technical staff management system was designed to  digitize processes such as employee data collection, work schedule management, and daily  technical documentation. This system was developed using the Waterfall method, which  ensures a systematic workflow and comprehensive documentation. The implementation not  only enhances operational efficiency and accountability but also supports the Indonesian government’s Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) policy. Through this digital  approach, the system aims to streamline administrative processes, reduce paper usage, and  support TVRI’s transformation into a more modern, efficient, and sustainable public
