Pengembangan Learning Management System Berbasis Moodle untuk Pelatihan Internal
Abstract
Internal training plays a crucial role in the development of human resources within a company. However, conventional training methods often face challenges in material distribution, assessment, and monitoring of learning outcomes. This study aims to develop a digital-based internal training system using the Moodle platform, which is accessible online by employees. The method employed is the prototype model, beginning with user needs analysis, interface design, system development, and functionality testing. The system was built with key features such as course management, interactive quizzes, progress tracking, and automated notifications. Testing was conducted using the black-box method and followed by direct trials involving employees. The results indicate that the system is easy to use and provides tangible benefits in training, such as increased participation and easier monitoring. In conclusion, a Moodle-based training system can serve as an effective solution to support internal learning processes that are more flexible, measurable, and efficient.
