Transfer Pengetahuan dan Adaptasi Kerja Dosen Pada Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dimasa Pandemi Covid 19

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the world of education, so that lecturers can adapt in their work, especially in the tri dharma of higher education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the transfer of knowledge and work adaptation of lecturers in the tri dharma of higher education during the covid 19 pandemic. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results of this study revealed that PGRI Semarang University, Faculties, and Study Programs had transferred knowledge information to lecturers to adapt in carrying out their work duties during the Covid 19 pandemic. The transfer of knowledge information was carried out through outreach activities, webinars, and training with the theme of educational tasks, research. and lecturer dedication
