Abstract

PIESQ Management 3.0 Training is a set of soft skill development training for college students which was held during the orientation week at Universitas PGRI Semarang. It has been implemented since 2013 but until 2021 there has been no feedback given from students since then. This study was aimed to find out feedback from students on the implementation of PIESQ Management 3.0. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The population of this study were all participants of PIESQ Management 3.0, Universitas PGRI Semarang. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. This research is carried out within 3 years starting in 2021 and ending in 2023. There are 4 aspects focused in this research; physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual. The results show that in the physical impact, there were 94 respondents answered that it affected their physical condition. 179 respondents answered that they had various intellectual intelligences after joining PIESQ Management 3.0 training. Then, the emotional impact was felt by 135 respondents. Lastly, 121 respondents received spiritual influence after joining PIESQ Management 3.0 training at Universitas PGRI Semarang.
