Abstract

The aim of this research was to find suitable job for graduates, the window of time graduates needs to get a job, and the salary the graduates earn within a month. The data of this research were taken from questionnaires given to graduates (graduated in 2018, 2019, 2020). The data were then analyzed by using interactive model of analysis. The findings of this research show that 31% (149) of the graduates work as English teachers in private school, 15% (73) in public school, 2% (8) in Islamic school, and 3% (13) in Islamic boarding school. Graduates who work as company staffs reached 30% out of the population, and work as enterpreneurs reached 11%. The window of time for the graduates to get a job is between 1-3 month; it is 60% (289).  25 % (120) graduates got a job within 3-6 months. 10% (48) graduates got a job in 6-12 months after graduation, and 5% was more than a year. The results indicate that most of the graduate work in the field of education and entrepreneurship. This emphasizes that the curriculum applied in the elarning process is relevant with the demand of the competences in working field.
