ANALISIS PENERAPAN OFFICE AUTOMATION PADA PROSES BISNIS PANGKALAN SARANA OPERASI BEA DAN CUKAI TANJUNG BALAI KARIMUN

Digital transformation in public services is one of the implementations of the e-government concept. Office automation (OA) of the Ministry of Finance is one of the platforms that can be accessed by all employees of the Ministry of Finance to complete a work process during connected to the internet. This study was discovered about impact of the Ministry of Finance's implementation of office automation (OA) on business processes, especially in offices with specific tasks and functions such as Customs and Excise Operations Facility Base Tanjung Balai Karimun. The research method used in a qualitative descriptive based on interview and observation. The object of this research involved of three Section Head and 15 (fifteen) employees. The results of research showed business process Customs and Excise Operations Facility Base Tanjung Balai Karimun need to improvement and renewal included management and maintenance of patrol boat like some procedures about communication navigation equipment, machinery, and refueling.
