This research is motivated by the lack of consumer knowledge of product quality, high pricing and low Zalora
Marketplace promotional activities. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality,
price and promotion on purchasing decisions on the Zalora Marketplace. Data collection techniques using
Google forms. The population in this study are Zalora Marketplace consumers, totaling 100 respondents. The
results of this study indicate that product quality, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on
purchasing decisions at Zalora Marketplace by 71.3% while the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other
variables not examined.
