Abstract
Yudha Aji Pangestu. "The Effect of Circuit Passing and Circular Passing Exercises to Improve Passing Accuracy at the RBX Semarang U-18 Academy" Thesis of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Sports Education, Universitas PGRI Semarang 2022. The background of this research is based on the observations of many Academy RBX Semarang U-18 players who still miss a lot of passing to their teammates. The formulation of the problem in this research is to determine whether the effect of circuit passing and circle passing exercises can improve the accuracy of the passing of the Academy RBX Semarang U-18 players. The purpose of this study was to test which one is more effective in using circuit passing and circular passing exercises to increase the passing accuracy of the Semarang U-18 Academy RBX. This research is a pure experiment of quantitative research method using Pretest-Posttest Control Group. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples. The results of the research on the application of the passing circuit training method explained that the average for the first experiment was 160 for the pre test and 250 for the post test. Then the average for the second experiment was 160 for the pre test and 235 for the post test. Based on the results of the first experiment there was an increase of 56.3%, while in the second experiment there was an increase of 46.9%. Based on the results of ongoing research, it turns out that circuit passing and circle passing exercises have increased, especially in the circuit passing training method which has improved better than circle passing. So it can be concluded that the results of the passing circuit training are better in increasing the passing accuracy of RBX Semarang U-18 players. Suggestions for further researchers, it is hoped that for further research, more innovative training methods can be developed.
