Pengaruh Latihan Ladder Drill dan Side To Side Cone Reach Terhadap Peningkatkan Kelincahan Pada Pemain SBB Putra Arisa

This study aims to determine the effect and differences of ladder drill exercises and side to side cone reach on increasing agility in SBB PUTRA ARISA players. The research method used "two groups pretest-posttest design". The population is SBB PUTRA ARISA players as many as 53 players. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely 18 players who met the qualifications aged 14 years. The results showed that: (1). There is an effect of ladder drill training on increasing agility in SBB PUTRA ARISA players. The average pretest result is 16.37 seconds and the posttest average result is 15.05 seconds with a difference of 1.49 seconds. The t-count value is 7.161 > t-table 2.306, the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and gives a change of 8.06%. (2). There is an effect of Side to side Cone Reach exercise on increasing agility in SBB PUTRA ARISA players. The average pretest result is 17.22 seconds and the posttest average result is 16.16 seconds with a difference of 1.06 seconds. The t-count value is 4.378 > t-table 2.306, the significance value is 0.001 <0.05 and gives a change of 6.15%. (3). There is a difference in the effect of Ladder Drill and Side to side Cone Reach exercises as seen in the comparison of the posttest average changes of the two methods. The average Ladder Drill result is 15.05 seconds and the Side to side Cone Reach average is 16.16 seconds with a difference of 1.11 seconds. The t-count value is 8.383 > t-table 2.110, the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and gives a change of 7.30%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the effect of the method used in group 1 and the method used by group 2 on increasing agility in SBB PUTRA ARISA players. In addition, if it is seen from the mean results, the ladder drill method is more effective than the side to side cone reach training method in increasing the agility of SBB PUTRA ARISA players.
