PENGARUH LATIHAN TRIANGLE PASS & DIAMOND PASS TERHADAP PASSING-STOPPING DALAM PERMAINAN SEPAK BOLA DI SSB PUSAM MORODEMAK U-12

This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design research method and uses a "two groups pretest-posttest design" design. The population of players with passing-stopping abilities in soccer games at SSB Pusam Morodemak U-12 and a sample of 14 players using purposive sampling technique. The test instrument for soccer and stopping the ball (passing-stopping) from Santoso (2014) with validity 0.64 and reliability 0.96. The results of the data analysis of the triangle pass exercise group with the results of the paired sample t-test, the value of Sig.(2-tailed) 0.002 <0.05 and an increase in the mean pretest value of 3.71 to posttest of 6 with an increase of 2.29 while for diamond pass practice with the results of the paired sample t-test Sig.(2-tailed) 0.007 < 0.05 and an increase in the mean pretest value of 3.71 to the posttest of 5.43 with an increase of 1.71.The conclusion from this study is that there is an increase in the effect between before and after being given treatment through the triangle pass & diamond pass exercise on increasing the passing-stopping ability of SSB Pusam Morodemak U-12 players and the increase in the triangle pass training group is better than the diamond pass training group. Suggestions For coaches, this exercise can be used as a variety of exercises to improve passing-stopping abilities.
