Abstract

Abstract

In researching this, the type of research was chosen that uses a real or actual experimental quantitative model and the pretest-posttest two group design method. The population is the goalkeeper of the club Sheyfa FA Weleri. The research sample is 6 goalkeepers and the sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling. The instrument uses a reaction speed test which takes into account speed and motion or The Nelson's hand reaction test. In determining whether this data is valid or not, face validity is also used, then the reliability is 0.89. The results of the touching cone exercise t test on the data before and after the treatment or obtained a number of Sig values. (2-tailed) 0.007 < 0.05 on the reaction speed of the hand Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.001 < 0.05 for goalkeeper foot reactions futsal and hand reaction pretest of 0.22 to posttest of 0.11 for foot reaction speed of pretest results of 0.23 to posttest of 0.10. While the wall bounce exercise, testing t data before treatment and after treatment, obtained Sig. (2-tailed) 0.006 < 0.05 in hand reaction speed and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 in temporary futsal goalkeeper foot reaction the pretest hand reaction was 0.21 to the posttest 0.12 to the foot reaction speed the pretest result was 0.23 to the posttest 0.14. In conclusion, the increase in the touching cone exercise was higher than the wall bounce exercise on the reaction speed of the hands and feet of the futsal goalkeeper Sheyfa FA Weleri. Suggestions for goalkeepers to further improve their reflex and reaction abilities and coaches to be able to provide varied exercises to improve goalkeeper reflexes and reactions.
