NPM 18230042. “Implementation of PSHT Pencak Silat Achievement Management Fungtions at Beluck Terate club (BTC) Belik Sub-District Pemalang Regency”, Thesis for Health and Rekreation Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Sport Education, PGRI University Semarang.Supervisor I Pandu Kresnapati, S.Pd., M.Pd. Supervisor II Danang Aji Setyawan, S.Pd., M.Pd. June 2022. The background of this research was that the Implementation of the PSHT Pencak Silat Achievement Management Function was not known at the Beluck Terate Club (BTC) Belik District, Pemalang Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the research location is at GOR Bestari Beluk and SMP Islam Belik. The population in this study were all members of the Beluck Terate Club (BTC), and the sample of this study used purposive sampling whit 1 manager, 1 coach, 3 pencak silat athletes. The data collection system uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data the validity technique in this study was descriptive analysis. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the Implementation of the PSHT Pencak Silat Performance Development Management Function at the Beluck Terate Club (BTC) Belik District, Pemalang Regency has been going well, although some things are still lacking. Suggestion for organizational managers, coaches, and athletes to always improve things that are still lacking in the club.
