This study is a descriptive quantitative research. The method used in this study is a survey method with a questionnaire. The population in this study were all physical education teachers in junior high school throughout Demak Regency totaling 293 people. Based on the Slovin formula, it was found that the research sample results were 169 physical education teachers in junior high school throughout Demak Regency. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling. The research instrument used is a questionnaire that has been declared valid and reliable. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with percentages. The results of the study showed that the junior high school physical education teachers in Demak Regency in the new normal era had good performance. Based on the results of respondents answer, it is known that the performance of junior high school physical education teachers in Demak Regency in the new normal era in the very good category there are 16 (9.5%) respondents, in the good category there are 66 (39%) respondents, in the fairly good category there are 54 (32%) respondents, in the unfavorable category there are 24 (14.2%) respondents and in the bad category there are 9 (5.3%) respondents.
