Abstract

Muhammad Al Rasik "Management of Achievement of Swimming Athletes at Bahurekso Swimmers Kendal" PJKR FPIPSKR UPGRIS 2022. The background of this research is the condition of the Kendal Bahurekso swimmers club which has quite a few athletes, namely 16 children with good achievements. This causes the question from the researchers to be what are the factors that can affect the development of swimming achievement for athletes from the Kendal Bahurekso swimmers club?. The purpose of this study is to know the state of Achievement Management at the Bahurekso swimmers Kendal club. Qualitative descriptive approach used in this study. The results obtained in the form of a theory about the organizational management of the Kendal Bahurekso swimmers club are good and structured, but in the field there are still things that must be confirmed by the treasurer who was mentioned when the bookkeeping was a little less tidy. The coaching process at the Bahurekso swimmers Kendal club has been good. For the support of these facilities and infrastructure, it is sufficient in the training process at Bahurekso swimmers Kendal. For the problem of funds, it is still sufficient because all sources of funds come from cash funds and donors. It can be concluded that the coaching carried out at the Bahurekso swimmers Kendal club has been good, but there are a few things that hinder it. It can be concluded that the management of swimming athlete achievement development at Bahurekso Swimmers Kendal is good.
