Abstract

M Thoriq Aziz "The Effect of Fartlek Exercise and Interval Training to Increase Cardiovascular Endurance in Futsal Extracurricular Players at SMK Muhammadyah 03 Weleri" FPIPSKR, UPGRIS 2021. This research was conducted due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which has affected many areas of life, especially in learning and student activities. Because of this main reason, students are required to carry out distance learning or commonly referred to in the network by taking place in their respective homes with the PJJ method. The goal is to explain how much influence fartlek and interval training have to increase cardiovascular fitness in futsal extracurricular players at SMK Muhammadiyah 03 Weleri. Quantitative was chosen for the research model, by carrying out the understanding and discovery of what was not quite visible among the existing phenomena, of course based on the facts carried out in the first stage to the closing stage of the experiment. The results obtained are: the discovery of the effect of exercise on increasing cardiovascular endurance, it can be seen that the Experimental Pre-Test was 25.14 to the Experimental Post-Test of 27.91. While Interval Training exercises to increase cardiovascular endurance, it can be seen that the Pre-Test Control is 25.38 to the Post-Test control is 28.27. The conclusions of this study are: from these results it is stated that Fartlek and Interval Training have an effect on increasing cardiovascular endurance of futsal players in extra futsal at Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri Vocational School.futsal extracurricular players at Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri Vocational School and suggestions in this study
