The background of the researcher is that the Village Fund is very important to empower the community. The aim of community empowerment is to make the community independent so that it can develop and encourage the progress of Saban Village. Community empowerment cannot be achieved instantly, the government continues to improve community empowerment programs so that national development can be carried out and spread evenly. Empowerment program policies are expected not to condition the community in conditions dependent on the empowerment program, but on the contrary, namely to bring the community to independence. The formulation of the problem in this study is How to Utilize Village Funds in Community Empowerment Efforts in Saban Village, Gubug District, Grobogan Regency The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. With the location of the study in Saban Village, Sub-District of Gubug, Grobogan Regency. The focus of this research is the Utilization of Village Funds in Community Empowerment Efforts with indicators 1) Saban Village Readiness in increasing empowerment by utilizing village funds. 2) Community involvement in planning, discussion, implementation and accountability for decision making in the management of the Village Fund in order to build village facilities and infrastructure aimed at empowering the community. 3) What is the allocation of village funds to support the home industry for community empowerment. 4) Saban Village Strategy in empowerment by utilizing village funds. 5) Obstacles faced in empowering the people of Saban Village. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that village funds have been well utilized for community empowerment. The conclusion is. community empowerment is very important and enthusiastic community actively participates in activities, through a program that is divided into four fields namely Education, Health, Environment and Entrepreneurship. Suggestions for the people of Desa Saban to strengthen relations and high community cooperation to support empowering the community to accelerate the development of the Village.
