Twenty first century learning focuses on the integration of literacy skills, skills of knowledge, skills and attitudes and technology mastery. The STEM approach (science, technology, engineering and math) was chosen in the learning of static fluid material and rigid equilibrium in students of class XI IPA 4 Semarang 7 High School. This study aims to determine the application of STEM that able to support physics learning, increase the activities and learning achievement of the students. This research is in the form of two-cycle class action research using qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study are the implementation of STEM in a problem-based integrative manner that supports physics learning by achieving success indicators in the form of classical completeness of 86% (minimum limit of 85%) and 94% of students in the category of good activities (minimum 75%) students in the good category amounted to 7.5%, increased learning averages of 5.78 (pre-cycle 1), 3.08 (cycles 1-2), increase in the average value of product skills 8.33 (cycles 1-2)
