Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Submission Guideline for ICON ECOBIZ

Full Paper Submission:

  1. Length: The preferred length of the full paper is 5,000 words (maximum limit), generally between 10-12 pages including everything.
  2. Abstract: Include an abstract no more than 300 words.
  3. Keywords: Include 3-5 keywords.
  4. Formatting:
    • Language: American English
    • Font: Calisto MT
    • Page: A4 size, single column, 2.5 cm margins on both sides, single line spacing.
    • Numbering: All pages should be numbered.
  5. Structure:
    • Title: Clear and concise.
    • Authors: Names, academic and professional qualifications, institutional affiliation, current title, and position.
    • Sections:
      • Introduction: Research background, problems/objectives, and summary of the theoretical review.
      • Method: Research design, type of research, subjects/objects, data collection techniques/instruments, data analysis.
      • Results and Discussion: Data analysis, instrument testing, hypotheses, research findings, interpretation.
      • Conclusion: Research conclusions, implications, limitations, and suggestions.
      • Acknowledgements: (If needed)
      • References: Only include sources cited in the article, follow APA (Sixth Edition) format.
  6. Software Recommendations: Use EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, or Microsoft Word References tab for citations.

Final Paper Submission:

  1. Deadline: Refer to the specific final paper submission deadlines.
  2. Publication: Acceptance to present does not guarantee publication in E-Journal.
  3. Review Process: Contributions will undergo double-blind peer review, copy-editing if accepted.
