Abstract

This study addresses the inefficiency of manual inventory management for technical  equipment by developing a web-based inventory system using the Waterfal method. The system was built through five stages: requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Development tools include Visual Studio Code and XAMPP, with UML (Unified Modeling Language) used for system modeling through use case, activity, and class diagrams. The user interface was designed with Figma to ensure an interactive and user- friendly experience. Key features of the application include data input, editing and deletion, data search, and report printing in table format. The results show that the application improves the efficiency and accuracy of technical equipment inventory management and can be further developed to suit similar needs in other institutions.
