Teaching aids are an important component needed to help students understand the concepts of physics. The Doppler Effect is one of the important concepts in studying sound waves from an object both in stationary and mobile conditions. This study aims to determine the level of feasibility of the development of Sound Wave Doppler Effect (SWDE) teaching aids with the use of software applications scope V1.40. The method used in this study is research and development (R & D) according to Borg & Gall. The research subjects were physics education students who had taken Basic Physics courses consisting of 10 students in semester 2; 10 students from semester 4 and 10 students in semester 6. The results of the feasibility test conducted by experts obtained a score of 87.5% or it can be said to be feasible to use, while the results of SDWE tool calibration obtained information that the SDWE tool was able to measure physics quantities properly and correctly. In the testing phase, the SDWE device is able to generate frequencies captured by the listener and the wave signal on the computer (software scope IV.40).
