SISTEM INFORMASI HIMPUNAN MAHASISWA PRODI INFORMATIKA BERBASIS WEB UNIVERSITAS PGRI SEMARANG

Abstract

The Technical Implementation Unit for Information and Communication Technology Development (UPT-TIK) is engaged in services and facilities for the academic community, among others, to manage the computerized system of PGRI University in Semarang. One of them is facilitating information media for student affairs in lectures and student organization activities, starting from August 28, 2020 to October 15, 2020. Activities carried out are making software. The software is a system that can manage data and documents in the Informatics Student Association at the PGRI University of Semarang. The data includes Himforma profiles, Management Lists, documents and news organizations inventory about Himforma organizational activities. During the manufacture of the software, the methodology used was waterfall. The first stage was to collect data related to the system. The second stage is designing the application interface design. The third stage is designing an application based on the PHP programming language. The final stage is testing that focuses on the software both logically and functionally and ensures that all parts have been tested. However, in this final stage, testing is not carried out. At the end of the article, the software has been successfully created which is equipped with documentation of the finished software. It can be concluded that the Information System for the Web-Based Informatics Study Program Student Association at the University of PGRI Semarang. Can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's related data management.
