The Effect Of Knowledge Management On Organizational Performance Through Learning Organization
Keywords:
Knowledge Management, Learning Organization, Organizational Performance, BMKGAbstract
The purpose of this study is to examine how knowledge management affects organizational performance, using learning organization as a mediating variable. Using saturated sampling techniques, the study's population consists of all BMKG middle managers. The study's findings support the idea that knowledge management improves organizational learning, but they contradict the idea that it improves organizational performance. Additionally, it is acknowledged that learning organizations improve the performance of the organization. It is demonstrated by indirect testing that the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance is mediated by organizational learning. The study's conclusions support the idea that effective organizational learning follows sound knowledge management, which enhances performance. It should be possible to include innovation culture variables in future research proposals.
