Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menurunkan intensitas penggunaan smartphone pada peserta didik kelas X-I di SMA Negeri 6 Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2024, (2) mendeskripsikan proses layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan media “Random word puzzle” yang dapat Menurunkan intensitas penggunaan Smartphone pada peserta didik kelas X-I di SMA Negeri 6 Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2024. Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling ini berlasung selama dua siklus dengan dua kali pertemuan tiap siklusnya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas X-I SMA Negeri 6 Semarang yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala psikologis, observasi dan analisis LKPD. Analisis data kuatitatif menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif dan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan model Miled dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan intensitas penggunaan smartphone peserta didik kelas X-I di SMA Negeri 6 Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2024. Hal tersebut dapat diamati dari menurunnya tingkat kecanduan smartphone yang semula 61,52% dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 64,6 dan berada pada kategori tinggi (prasiklus), pada post-test I mendapatkan rata-rata skor sebesar 59.60 dengan presentase 56,76% dan tergolong kedalam kategori sedang pada siklus I. Selanjutnya pada post-test II yang diberikan pada saat siklus II didapatkan rata-rata skor sebesar 53,49 dengan presentase 50,94% dan tergolong kedalam kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat, peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwa intensitas penggunaan smartphone peserta didik kelas X-I SMA Negeri 6 Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 dapat diturunkan menggunakan media permainan “random word puzzle”.
