Penerapan Video Demonstrasi Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Passing Sepak Bola Pada Siswa Kelas X DPIB 1 SMK Negeri 4 Semarang

This classroom action research aimed to improve the basic passing skills in soccer through the use of video demonstration media among Grade X DPIB 1 students at SMK Negeri 4 Semarang. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The results showed an improvement in learning mastery from 50% in the pre-action phase to 67.65% in Cycle I, and further to 81.82% in Cycle II. The use of video demonstrations proved effective in visually presenting the passing technique, enhancing student motivation, and encouraging active participation. This study concludes that video demonstration is a relevant and adaptive instructional strategy in motor skills-based physical education learning.
