Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Keterampilan Lompat Jauh Menggunakan Media audiovisual pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA N 3 Semarang

This classroom action research aimed to improve the long jump learning outcomes of Grade XI-3 students at SMA Negeri 3 Semarang through the use of audiovisual media. The research employed a two-cycle design, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection instruments included observation sheets, practical long jump tests, student interviews, and documentation. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ long jump performance across the cycles. Learning mastery increased from 33.3% in the pre-action phase to 83.3% at the end of Cycle II. The use of audiovisual media proved effective in enhancing students’ understanding of movement techniques through visual representation, increasing learning motivation, and promoting active participation in class. The study concludes that integrating audiovisual media is a relevant and adaptive instructional strategy for motor skills-based physical education learning.
